Subscribe to this annual service and enjoy complete peace of mind knowing your property is safe and cared for to the highest standards in your absence. The service includes: -

• Visiting your Spanish villa/apartment at least once a week to ensure the property is secure and looked after in your absence. The property will be aired and checked for insect infestation, damp, water leaks, storm damage etc. Toilets will be flushed to avoid sour odours and taps will be turned on to ensure water is running correctly and to flush out any debris from the tanks. Gas, electricity and security systems will be checked to ensure they are all in working order
• Watering of plants both inside and outside your property once a week. Ensuring the terrace is kept neat and tidy
• Collection of post from your post box to be left either in your property or to be resent to your UK address
• Thorough cleaning of your Spanish property twice a year free of charge. This can be arranged so as to coincide with your arrival or at the beginning and end of the rental season. Cleaning will consist of terraces, patios, windows, bathrooms, floors, fans etc.
• If requested we will switch on the air conditioning/ heating some hours before your arrival. By prior arrangement essential groceries and milk can be left ready for your arrival
• Keeping your key in safe custody and providing access to the property to your guests or suppliers on 4 occasions per year, with your authorisation, should you not be present
• Ensuring your tenants, should you choose to rent out the property, are making good use of your property
• Log books are held for each property and clients will receive a monthly maintenance report via email or post
• Property management will be contracted for a minimum period of one year and can be paid on a monthly or annual basis
